Federico Hidalgo- Writer - DirectorBefore making films, Federico Hidalgo worked as a performer, writer and director in theatre. He completed a master’s degree in film production at Concordia University, where he currently teaches. A Silent Love (2004), his first feature, received 2 Genie nominations and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. He is currently working on his first feature documentary: New Tricks: story of a salsa apprentice, due to be released in 2008. |
